OUR STORY Welcome to Azul Agave Family Mexican Cuisine, located on the West side of the Hudson River of Cornwall NY just 52 miles North of New York City in proximity to nearby commuter rail service via Salisbury Mills-Cornwall train station, NJ transit, and Metro-North Railroad.
Azul Agave is a family owned restaurant that serves authentic Mexican cuisine. Business partners, Maurino and Ignacio decided to open Azul Agave together. Their shared pride and love for their native cuisine and culture originates from Puebla, Mexico.
Each dish reflects our passion for sabor (flavor) and tradition. Azul Agave is excited to bring a new sabor to the Mid-Hudson Valley . Join us for a great time and good food!
